They have recently remodeled, and the food is fantastic. The prices are fantastic. The waitstaff are amazingly attentive and polite. Sanitation is far above what I would expect.
The specialty seems to be Kyay Oh, which I recommend, but I have tried everything on the menu. Everything is great. They offer fried chicken and fish, rice dishes, noodle dishes, soups, delicious tea and coffee, and all manner of confectionery desserts.
The upstairs area is decked out with cool motorcycle swag, and the downstairs section features a calming vibe with indoor and outdoor seating. It is a family spot, and they do not serve a multitude of alcoholic drinks. It appears that the bar is improving little by little.
I went for breakfast this morning, and I ordered Shwe Taung Noodles with two cups of delicious traditional Myanmar tea. I sat for 30 minutes, and the bill came to 3000 kyats. I have brought friends on many occasions, but more often than not, I just ride my bike here by myself to relax and bust my buttons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very cozy place to hang out. The food and drinks are clean and tasteful. The environment is charming and the service is good.
However they have two menus: morning and normal. Morning is much cheaper and only offered before noon. There is a newsstand too.
