Lovely and Excellent Services. The best hotel in town.

A great little weekend getaway. With the group GM Nuwan in attendance it was a spectacular service experience. Also their executive chef John with his Dubai cache of 7 star cooking experience whips up some delicious seafood fare. The staff is friendly and inexhaustible to demanding guests. Only down side would be the hotel needs a bit of an overhaul of the rooms in terms of plumbing and some small refurbishments. Had very good time tho overall!

The staff was rude and the service was bad. All the foods were overpriced as well. I will never stay here again.

Great hotel, great welcoming and kind team. Room was clean, well maintained. The food was fresh & Yummy. Just a little bit disappointed by the Breakfast as it was choiceless for this kind of hotel but surely due to the current up & down situation of Myanmar.

The best beach resort in Myanmar. Delicious food and nicely maintained premises. There are plenty of activities around the hotel that you can do during your stay and hotel staff will help you to arrange them.

The staffs were disrespectful and rude. Communication was poor and some staffs even had the audacity to steal/use my stuff. The service sucked from the beginning to the end and overall charges were so overpriced. I am NOT willing to stay here ever again.

Has mesmerizing view and landscape. Breakfast is normally good. Service and facility are very satisfied Recommend to stay if you have plan to visit Ngwe Saung

With all honesty, the stay was good. Not excellent, but not bad. Hotel facilites were great and the rooms were okay. The beach area was clean and very well-maintained. Housekeeping staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. Some went out of their way to help make sure our stay was enjoyable. Poolside bar service was excellent, however the food and drinks were a bit overpriced for the portions that were offered. The breakfast buffet had quality food and offered a range of different cuisines, but the options were very limited. Customer service was also poor at times. Although I can understand it’s hotel policy, the restaurant manager was quite rude and condescending when enquired whether it was okay to have outside food at a restaurant table. And oddly, the restaurant only accepts cash and doesn’t accept digital payment methods (e.g. credit card), which is unreasonable for a high-end hotel. If you want to enjoy food from outside vendors and have more flexibility with your travel experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as they place hefty fines on consuming outside food, forcing guests to buy over-priced food items from the hotel. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t stay here again.
