★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missing bolts. Fried power supply pins. They do not know how to fix lenovo yoga. Don’t bother going there if you own one. They told my mom she had to replace motherboard which they fried and asked her $900. what a joke. Pretty amateur work and service that I haven’t seen until now. I was busy and told my mom she could go there. Truly, it was my mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very sweet but silly. I don't want to recommend this service center. They sell me 1 CD and then to burn the data in my laptop. 2 or 3 Guy try to burn it, finally they cannot. They take my laptop 2 days, nothing has not been repaired when I visit next two days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and technicians are experts. But, Parts should be ready available in service centre. Even small services need next day appointment. Laptop battery replacement and keyboard replacement should be in few minutes. But, it need to pick up next 5 days appointment.
Other laptop branded service centres available keyboard and battery replacement in 15 minutes, no need next day appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. They change original computer parts(the good parts) without requesting customer permission. When notice and request original parts, they said 'they don't have it'. May be they steal and sell those back to other customers. Don't trust KMD Service Center. Worst service center EVER!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Computer water to take maintenance, service attitude is very poor. It's been repaired for almost a month with no results. I called to inquire, and repeatedly failed to answer my phone. When they answered they said "maintenance is at lunch" and put me on hold for half an hour, then they didn't call me and when I called they turned their phone off.
The service attitude is very bad. I can wait, but you can't do this to me. I believe you just bought my expensive computer in your door KMD, used it for less than a year, took water for maintenance, still treat me like this. I was furious. Nobody's in charge yet. It's too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Laptop, ASUS JenBook 14in Just power off when plugin my camera to the HDMI. I am buy laptop in Bangkok but I get full Global warranty on KMD. Just recommended to you guys and happy with ASUS.
