★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there so many times for car maintenance and they can fix any issues of my cars but I don't happy with their pricing method to customer on every aspects. For eg. They charged you for remove and install a wheel even if you bought four wheels for your car. It's unacceptable when I compared with unauthorized service centers which are also very professional and reputable service centers in a city.

They have absolutely no consideration for customers and never provide timely updates if they will fail to deliver the car on the date promised. Our office is based in Bago. If the car is not ready to be picked up by the set date, you must inform the customer. The lack of communication with customer is unacceptable and for a world class brand, you should train your staff to be more professional and responsible. I will not be recommending anyone that I know to purchase a Mercedes in this country precisely due to this kind of aftersales service.
