 Saku Model School is located in Magway Region. Minbu District It is an ancient mirror school located near Minbu-Slin Road, Saku Township. In 1866, Daw Nyein Kaung built 136 teak pillars made of concrete bricks, 131 feet long. It is a 65 and a half foot wide building. There are three brick staircases. Sanu Saung and Saung Ma Gyi are included. On either side of the campus was built an extra room, called the left and right, which seemed to be intended for storage. There are two brick staircases on the north side and a brick staircase on the south side, and the main hall is decorated with carved doors. The pillars of the temple are covered with sandstone and the walls of the temple are decorated with wooden statues of the Buddha, as well as statues of Konbaung life.
