★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad - really inexpensive (by American standards) and tasted okay. Had the noodle soup. Satay skewers were covered in what I'm guessing was a tomato purée but who knows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U can find tasty dumplings and satay with reasonable price. As of 2019 March, the price per 1 serving of dumpling is 1200 ks and 1 serving of satay is 1500 ks. Pork and chicken available. And you can find some local food like Kyay-Oh and Beer. Near Hotel Mandalay. Sandar May Dumpling opened for more than 20 years but still popular and there are not many other dumpling shops which can beat his tastiness and cleanliness. Highly recommend to give it a try whether you are local or foreigners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good value for money and very tasty. Ensure to order 3-4 servings at first order for every two pax or you are stranded. Sit close to the shop when seated outside. Do NOT sit out near the road. The sewerage drain spews out gusts of gut wrenching smells from below.
