★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a pool, it has a gym, enough car parking, and a security guy. So it is a proper condominium, or is it?
The pool is very small, the gym as well. Parking is good. No electricity back up. The place is a bit difficult to find, since need to use a small lane to get there. It does look quiet and peaceful. It has amenities like swimming pool if u want ut, but its too small. So i would struggle to say this is a proper condominium with proper facilities, and a workforce behind to make sure things run smoothly. This however, is a step up from a normal apartment with a lift. Plus, the penthouse is great space.
