★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you ever hear "Wet tha dok hto", Burmese pork offal skewers cooked in light soy sauce and placed on the stick, with garlic and chili sauce, called "Burmese Pork stick''.
This small shop is the best choice in downtown. I usually eat as much as I can and the bill is not over 5000 MMK. Like in a photo, fried vermicelli topping with pork, boil egg and pork's intestine, it's only paid 1800 or 2000 MMK, cheap and a full stomach. Not only pork meat, also have the internal organs of the pig (if you dare to eat it ?) including its intestine, liver, kidney, spleen, heart, lungs, tongue and even the skin and cartilage (sounds scary?) But all the foods in this shop, pork, fried vermicelli, fried noodle and spring roll, are really yummy.
