One of the worst service quality ever. Cable got cut and took them 5 days of non stop contacting from our side for them to even come down to fix it. And as of this writing it's the 18th day and they have yet to even call back to solve the billing problem regarding to the primary issue. Trying calling different department and they are all saying the other department is in charge and responsible for the service and playing volleyball. No one is taking responsibility. Further more multiple service agents can only tell me that they will call back with an acceptable solution and never did. Request to talk to the supervisor or manager, only agents keep calling back and when I make a point their standard answer is that they will let their supervisor or upper management know and call back. Which no one ever call back with a solution. The only call backs are to ask me of what the problem is and that they will alert this to the higher ups. I can understand the workload during pandemic time but near 20 days of not even seeing a progress in trying to solve the issue shows the level of service they are giving. The internet quality is decent when it's working but if anything goes wrong, there's no one taking responsibility at all in my case. The same problem can be seen in the 5bb user group on fb. Same problem for many people yet there is no sign of improvement yet so far. Really disappointed and regret that I even recommend them to other people before.

Very bad customer service... all the contact no no answer at all. For relocation i have been waiting 3 weeks now.. nobody fix it . I paid the bill on time regularly even i don't have internet. No responsibility at all. Better close your business if you can't manage and man power. I understand the situation was difficult. leastsomeone

Worst internet service & customer service. As their cable has damaged but no more apology post has appeared they said they are not using to share infomation FACEBOOK page, WHAT??? STRONGLY push not to use 5BB.

Broadband cable damaged, as I called to complain, they told me service team will take 3 to 7 days to come over to fix. Ridiculous!! Meanwhile we have to use mobile data, whose gonna compensate for that??!! It is the 4th day now, service team still has not showed up!! Screw you 5BB. You just lost a customer!!!

Very bad customer service. They charge extra 7% of service fee for online payment without any reason or announcement to user. If you don't want to pay 7%, you have to go to their office and pay cash during Covid-19 is outbreak. Very, very bad company.

I’ve been using this for about 4 years. At the beginning, it was a great service but after military coup, connection is lost in every single morning for about one hour and sometimes up to 3 hours. No satisfactory solution for this problem till today and only one thing which I want to recommend to use this service is no need of VPN.
