Staffs are polite and breakfast is simple and great for the value.
I'd recommend this hotel for a transit stay :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quite new hotel around southern part of Yangon airport. I can hardly say this cozy place, on the other hand, it's simple and clean three-star grade hotel with good value for money.
Mini bar items are very expensive, so it is better to purchase something at Ocean mart right across the road, if you want to save some more Kyats in your pocket.
B1 is parking lot which is good for travelers with a hired car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel and the room is clean. The staff are helpful and the location is 10 min away from the airport. The surrounding is very convenient for food and shopping . The breakfast is simple and good. The rate is reasonable and can recommend friend to stay. The WiFi is strong. Will come back and stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not value for money. Cozy and not comfortable for sleeping. Very small room and pricy. Loud place I mean just adjacent to the main road. New but still need to improve Service quality. Small collection of food in the break fast. No swimming pool and no fitness center. Parking is also not available there. My stay was not comfortable. I took a local energy drink from mini bar it cost me $2 but you can buy the same in $0.60 just opposite side of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was clean, staffs are friendly. Location is excellent.
One thing that is not convenient for me is the air conditioning light came direct to bed when sleeping. Other than that no complain at all. I stayed 2 nights in September. I will definitely stay there whenever I stay in Yangon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice hotel closer to the airport than to the downtown area of Yangon. It is very clean and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was a nice buffet with made to order eggs and meat. I would definitely stay here again. It is especially convenient if you need to be closer to the airport and there are shops and a few restaurants right across the street.

Those working at the front desk were very welcoming and service minded.
The room was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was very good too, lots of different food.
We were very pleased and we will certainly return to this Hotel next year.
