★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym, basic equipment but well enough for a good workout while traveling in Myanmar. Cost 3000 kyats for a day pass which is cheap for Myanmar. I would definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3000 for day pass. They have barbells, a squat rack, and easy bars. Dumbells stop at 20kg. Highly recommend for a Bagan workout! Old man very nice and speaks English. Equipment very new

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice surprise in Bagan! Small but complete gym, with a number of the machines brand new. Lacking in larger dumbbell and plate options, but you can't complain for $3000 a session. As good as it gets in the area. Closes from 12pm-3pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of tools. The trainer (with glasses) is has a good relationship with customers, and the other one is normal. Gym tools, natural listing + electric lighting is my favourite choice. It is the best gym at Nyaung Oo township.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small studio with everything that "man" and "woman" needs. For the legs are enough devices available, for the arms as well. Only for the back can be purchased like a device. Otherwise of course not to compare with studios from Europe, but for the purpose it is enough and it is interesting to watch the locals while training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a workout. Equipment includes e. g. squat rack, multi press, leg press, hack squat machine, multi press, vertical and horizontal row, leg curl, leg ext, butterfly and cable. Dumbells up to 20kg, which could be more, in general not so many plates when the gym is full of people. Day-pass at 3000 MMK. Friendly atmosphere.
Current opening times from 6am to 12pm and 3pm to 8pm.
