★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the only fitness center in Yangon with an outdoors swimming pool! Nice staff, great amenities and amazing classes. Fees are also very affordable. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best money worth gym in Yangon. It has all the facility for a high end gym: swimming pool, sauna, steamy room, boxing ring, table tennis, classes and huge car parking. The gym staffs are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, you don't have to pay extra charge for a personal trainer. All the trainers are there to help and instruct. The location is very convenient because it is in the middle of the Insein Road and Baho Road. One can enter from either road depending on the traffic. Most of the times, there aren't that much traffic near it because there are no big malls or office buildings around its location.
Currently, it is still expanding and thus some facilities are lacking. However, I assume everything should be done by January.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good gym that has all the equipment one needs for a workout. Clean shower facilities and changing rooms. Two guys are there all day, every day to make sure it stays clean. The pool is fantastic!! And there's a steam room and sauna. A most importantly, they have good air conditioning, so it doesn't get too hot. Perfect!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best gyms in the city. Has a very wide range of equipment, both machines and free weights. There's also a stretching area, and 15 treadmills.
There is also a sauna in both lockers, 25m pool, and steam room. Well maintained and reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the gym that provides the most out of its already fairly-priced membership fee. The gym is spacious, well-lit and modern, with a big swimming pool that allows members to explore more than just treadmill and weight lifting – to water aerobic exercises and swimming. Not to mention, there are other classes such as bodycombat and zumba for members looking for organized workout sessions led by professional instructors. My mother and I love this gym. There's something for everyone.
