★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu are especially for Breakfast and Brunch. Delicious light food and food orders are really fast.Transparent Clean kitchen, see through while you are ordered your foods. Clean table and nice chair, open air environment for smokers but if you preferred aircondition room, they have. Well trained and good customer service. Reasonable price. No need to worried for car parking.

Definitely not good food here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular teahouse, so went to check it out. They close at 4:30, i was there around 3:50, so pretty much no snack left. Cant comment much on that. Tea was ok, cappuccino is ok as well. Clean place, also has AC room if u hate heat. Staffs are on a bit slow and uninterested side, also one munch on the snack I ordered, yes i saw her eating from my plate on her way to delivering food to my table. Not a good behaviour but luckily i don't mind sharing food. Overall, a good place (not bad car parking as well) to meet and chitchat with traditional Myanmar teahouse vibe, but nothing to shout about.
