Optical shop operates with no Optician.
Team of very rude and unprofessional Sales Representatives and Doctors with zero sense of time management.
Patience has been rendered but was returned with rudeness and unprofessionalism.
Gone back 3 times in the past 2days. Each trip bears the brutality of Yangon drive and traffic for at least 30min; Yet, I was greeted with “doctor no”, “doctor come”, or simply ignored my existence.
I simply unable to comprehend what is so difficult to double check what time will Optician be in, despite its shifts. Especially so since I have been there for 3 times and every single time, I waited in the cold and only get answer to be told “doctor come”, followed by “doctor no here”, “wait 30min” and 30 min later “doctor no”.
