★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Macbook Pro was having Battery issues and I went to other Apple Service Provider to fix it rather than going to Apple City. At the other Apple Service Provider, the person who fixed my Macbook was not polite, impatient and didn't touch my Macbook gently and he used a China-made Battery as a replacement for my Macbook. After replacing my battery, I realized that something inside my Macbook had broken and it was making clanky sounds. The China-made battery wasn't performing so well. So, I wasn't satisfied with that and I stopped using my Macbook for 2 years until I found Apple City. At Apple City, The technician named Ko Win Thein professionally explained me about the battery issues that my Macbook was having and he used an Official Apple Battery as a replacement for my Macbook. The technician at Apple City is so professional, patient, treats the customers' property so gently like his own and caring. Apple City offers Official Apple Device Components and fair price for service and it was able to revive my Macbook which has been power out for 2 years using the Official Apple Battery. Therefore I'd like to give 5 stars for the good job that Apple City had to do for my Macbook.
