★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It a great hotel. Good customer service. Near mosque and Indian food. Great customer service. I am Fasting and they provide me a meal for mine 4am breakfast. Also help me get a PowerPlug. I happy I pick this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst hotel I ever stayed. They don't provide any soap, body wash. I had to request three times to get some. And only one toothbrush for two persons. Bed is weak and noisy. Overall, I would say they have no hotel standard. Never come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This river facing property with individual twin room cottages is one of the best locations a hotel can possibly have but sadly the rooms were not up to the mark as far as comfortable beds was concerned as we changed two rooms with the same problem as the springs were jutting out of the mattresses and we had to use a double layered duvet over the mattress to get some relief. The housekeeping staff and the hotel's manager were very apologetic and helpful but at the price we paid for the rooms this was not expected. The free breakfast had limited dishes but was good. The restaurant and bar was a bit more expensive than most others in the city so we didn't eat there. The property needs to be spruced up to offer more facilities and comfortable beds.

The place is a bit run down.
We stayed at the riverside villas.
Had a massive bedroom with decent size living area as well.
The surrounding gardens are nice and green.
Sunset view from the Balcony is a must.
Hotel also had a restaurant with a decking area where you can have a drink and something to eat + watch the sunset.
I wish the place is maintained a bit better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and spacious rooms. Very nice view to the river (perfect place to ha e a beer and watch the sun set) and nice garden. The manager is very nice and accommodated our requests as a familly of 4. He also arranged for a western breakfast while it was only foreseen myanmar buffet.
