★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo is situated far from downtown so less pollution especially noise. The sun went down and up and you won't even know the difference. Although the services and features here are not the best, it's enough for most families. You want to relax and live quietly? This is the best for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may take a few minutes (20-30) from downtown, but you want full security, comfortable car parking (no need to be rushing to get a parking, but it's chargeable), play ground for your kids if you have, gym & swimming pool (chargeable also), you must choose it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its okay. But nothing exciting. The place itself is far from everything, and quiet. Yes, but too quiet. If u want a peaceful place, this might be too boring anyway, even for u. Not tranquil like star city, nor well developed im afraid.
The apartments are on small side, but well built. I didnt like because of my personal opinion, not that anything is wrong with it. Many tall towers, a bit like an affordable housing style living is to be expected. But unfortunately, not that affordable compared to other establishments. Pool, gym, car parking, backup generator usage are all charged separately, per usage or per month/yearly package. So those facilities are there if u want it.
Groceries shopping is limited to mobile vendors to come in, or u drive to markets, some 10-15 min drive away. Not my cup of tea, but not sure about others.
