★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had the pleasure to take the Bagan tuk tuk tour with Wallace and another day-trip to Mount Popa (the next day) with him in early November. I generally hate to agree with "the crowd" of other reviewers, but it's impossible not to do so in this case. I had a wonderful time both days. Wallace is an attentive, non-intrusive (tactful) and highly knowledgeable person. His English is very fluent and he has encyclopedic knowledge of Bagan, its surroundings, and Myanmar in general.
He was always on time, always cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend him!!!
I particularly enjoyed our trip to Mount Popa: the way there is colorful and goes through very nice countryside. He is a skilled tuk tuk driver and I appreciated being in the open-air tuk tuk as opposed to an air-conditioned taxi or van. He waited for me while I did the 4-hour hike up/down Mount Popa -- the real one, not the little piddly one with the monastery :-). Anticipating my fatigue he was kind enough to bring a bunch of delicious bananas, which truly hit the spot when I finally made it down the mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wallace made our holiday in Bagan great. He knows so much about the temples, he speaks very good English and is very polite. His tuktuk is very very clean and in the afternoon we even had a cabrio tuktuk.
And he is very good photographer, thanks for the tips and tricks you have learned us. Highly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wallace is one of the best tuktuk driver I have met. ?
Its never difficult to get a full-day driver just if you pay enough money, but a gooood one is hard to find.
At first I booked the 1-day tour on TripAdvisor inside Bagan and I desided to book the next day to Popa mountain with Wallace. Wallace not only speaks good English, but is also familiar with the stories of each building. He would play the intro before the site and then give even more details and comment after that.
What also impressed me is his suggestion about restaurant or tourguide. Basically, the study we do before traveling is never enough, then that's when his suggestion works. Me and my girlfriend had a romantic candle-light dinner at a rare visited restaurant, only to book in advance could you get in. Not to mention the sunset on the river, it was awesome.
And after add Facebook friends, I found Wallace was graduated from law school. No wonder he also shared some political history of the military era, talking with wisdom and confidence.

He is a friendly person, extremely fluent in English, kind and passionated for his work. He pays attention to his customers’ interests and needs.
