★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the rudest staff I ever met in Myanmar. Additionally the bus was supposed to have a toilet, but they blocked the door before departure and promised to make stops instead. If you get the chance take any other bus company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably fast buses to Bagan, Yangon, Kalaw and other places around the country. VIP sleeper bus feels the age but there is a decent space per seat. While it could be more comfortable, prices are ok for the service. It is cheaper buying the tickets directly from the company instead of using agents although there is the hassle of getting to the bus station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagan - Yangon (29 seat bus). Older bus compared to other companies. Air conditioning was extremely cold, even with warm clothes and a blanket. There are no seat belts. The bus has a toilet.
Free pickup in Bagan, which was ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So read some bad reviews and became super skeptical the provider; however, it turned out to be great. They picked us up from our hotel in old bagan and took us to the bus stop. Everything went smoothly, we departed around 8:30pm and arrived at 3:30am in Inle lake. The bus had a pillow and blanket, the blanket was a bit small so I would advice you to layer up for the bus. They made one stop for dinner around 11pm for half an hour. Overall, the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 **** for the lovely and kind man from the kalaw office very professionnal who stayed with me until 10pm because my bus for bagan was 2 hours late. Small place in the bus when people in front of you want to sleep. It's not really a sleep bus but the driver is careful and respect the street rules. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Bagan to Yangon sector. Unfortunately, the level of comfort for this sector, coach was not the same as the other coach operator I took from Yangon to Bagan. I paid the same price for VIP coach.
Seat was not comfortable, the driver pressed the horn every few minutes for the 9pm to 6am journey, rather unnecessarily & totally unable to sleep at all with that constant horning and bumpy ride.
Bagan Minn Thar seat does not have USB charging ports too, so the 10 hours ride has very limited entertainment.
The 30mins Break stop for the staff to eat was a small eating place specifically for Bagan Minn Thar coaches. Not one passenger ate there except the driver & the 2 Assistants. Also, no mobile coverage on Telenor. :(
The coach was also used for goods delivery and pickup, I wished the driver turned off the buzzer during the 20 mins stop. I can understand stopping at the gas station was unavoidable, which took another 12 minutes.
I would recommend FAMOUS VIP COACH over Bagan Minn Thar, comforts & level of service differs significantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the day bus from Yangon and it was fine. The AC worked well. There was no bathroom but they stopped every few hours so it was fine. They did play a very annoying channel is monk chanting for quite some time, and then a hilarious Myanmar movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im rating Bagan Minn Thar Express a 4 out 5 stars as they were the only bus express ride with vip seats that was able to accommodate our short-notice reservation. Bagan Minn is located inside Aung Mingalar Highway Bus Station. Our route was Yangon to Bagan. Paid about 18,500 kyat (and this is high peak season rate) for VIP Seats (VIP seats would mean Reclining seats, with TOILET aka Restroom [one restroom for 30-34 seater bus]). We left at 8:00pm and is expected to arrive in Bagan at 6:00am. I shall be attaching the VIP seats we had. Yes, the bus is old and therefore the seats are old. Don't expect a first world kind of bus like Bolt Bus. Leg room is definitely my favorite. You can recline your seats from 90 degrees further to 130-140 degrees. Before getting on the bus, if you want to check in your small to large size luggage, you can do so. The baggage person will put a tag on your bag and will give you a claim number (based on the seat number given to you; i will also attach a photo of the claim stub given to me). Upon seating, the conductor (definitely will ignore you if you try to speak to him in not-so-basic english haha) will ask you to write down your full name and passport number on a paper sheet he will hand over (dont worry it is not just you who he will ask for such details but pretty much the entire people on the bus). He will try to arrange your bags, shoes and chair for you to be in your most comfortable state (i'm typing this in because that's what he did for me and my friend). Apart from vip seats, you will get a free bottled water and a snack (check your seat). We only had one official bus stop.
Waiting area is chaotic (let me be honest on this one).... so is their restroom.
Configuration of seating 2+1 type (except for the very last row which is a 2+2 configuration).
