Not only that, the place is very quiet, I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the always caring and smiling staff.

Clean rooms, hot water, nice breakfast, and wifi I'm the lobby.
The hotel handles tour tickets, bus tickets, taxis and electric scooters.
Make sure you get a bike that is fully charged. If you are renting a scooter for the whole day, do not open the throttle full speed as you will end up pushing your bike home in the dark. If you conserve the battery, you can ride from end to end without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean rooms, great breakfast, decent wifi, hot water, and friendly staff. Hotel helped with our bus tickets. Only downside was the plumbing has no trap on the shower drain and the room smelled like sewage halfway through the night. Couldn't sleep because the smell was so strong. One star off for the stink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet staff, fairly clean, new build. Distinctive building front. The manager looked stern but always broke into a smile for us. Good effort on the daily local breakfast selection which they took pride in with both coffee and tea on the hotplate as well as Burmese style tea and coffee. Generous portions.
However, the room was smaller than the advertised 25m2. I've stayed in 20m2 rooms that were bigger. Room finishings need better maintenance eg. the floating console which functioned as the room table was coming off its wall brackets from the weight of the items. The towels and sheets provided on the first day looked handwashed and grey. It was better afterwards. Popular with middle class Burmese families who were noisy down the corridors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice and room we got was nice and clean. What seems to be the hotel owner or manager is not very friendly at all. We booked a double bed suite for two night and he wanted to switch us to a two single bed room tge next day. I told him no no no. And at the end we didn't have to change rooms. Don't expect a smile from this guy. On the other side, the staff is amazing and very helpful. Rooftop thats can be only used at breakfast but is nice. Close to places to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Guest House located in a peaceful area in New Bagan, you can easily find a small shops and many restaurants around, or enjoy the food in the hotel, which is very yummy as well. Every morning I was enjoying the breakfast in the rooftop (it was included to my room rate) and some conversation with staff. The people who work there are so lovely and sweet, and I felt like in family.
The rooms are simple but cute and clean and toiletries was available.
You can rent e-bike there itself to travel around and explore the temples of Bagan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms don't have safes and the breakfast has a very few options. The entrance is very hidden and quite hard to find. The staff is friendly, but not very helpful. The rooms are clean.
Breakfast keeps running out of food and there is no swimming pool. Lots of mosquitos and weird burnt smell in the rooms. The Wi-Fi is the slowest I have ever experienced in my life, uploading this review took 10 minutes.
The place only accepts cash payments.
