朝5時２５分頃にボートのお迎えがホテルの船着き場に来ました。
辺りはまだ真っ暗なので少し怖かったです。
非常に寒くフリースの上にダウンベスト、ニット帽をかぶっており防寒してましたが薄着だとかなり寒く感じると思います。
日本語を話せるスタッフはいませんが、日本語で注意事項などが書いてある説明書があるので問題ありませんでした。
バガンやマンダレーの気球とくらべるととても丁寧な説明と運転だと思います。本当にきちんと安全対策されてます。
最初から最後まで不安を感じることはありませんでした。
懐中電灯と防寒対策は必須です！！
 I boarded in late January.
At around 5:25 in the morning, a boat pick-up came to the docks of the hotel.
I was a little scared because the area was still dark.
It was very cold and I was wearing a down vest and a knit cap on the fleece to keep it cold.
There is no staff who can speak Japanese, but there was no problem because there was a manual with notes in Japanese.
I think that it is very polite explanation and driving compared to the balloons of Bagan and Mandalay. It is really safe.
I didn't feel anxious from beginning to end.
Flashlight and cold protection are essential! !

What an amazing experience, with a predawn balloon flight from the lakeside, after a pick up from hotel, then a boat ride in a longtail across Inle lake to the launch site, and after a safety briefing and refreshments, climbing aboard the 8-person basket for the gentle takeoff and glide over floating gardens, stilt houses, fields and waterways, and climbing over a forested ridge to drop down among a patchwork of fields. David was an excellent informative and entertaining pilot, and the whole crew worked hard to provide topclass service and a wonderful time for all. Recommended. Add it to your list of things to do in Myanmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having flown with ”Balloons over Bagan“ we liked it so much that we also booked with them a flight over Inle Lake.
This experience may just appear to be another hot air balloon flight but it is still a unique experience!
You will be picked up from your hotel at 5am to cross the lake by boat to get to your balloon.
The balloon is smaller than in Bagan, only for 8 passengers plus pilot instead of 16.
You will be flying much higher than in Bagan, about 6-10k feet high and being above such a large body of water is quite special.
Elly, our pilot, answered any questions we had and made the whole experience an absolute joy!
I highly recommend flying with them while you are staying at the Inle Lake area!
