★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 6 years of many trips in Myanmar, this place is the best restaurant I have tried! Mix of traditional Myanmar food and Shan food, there is not « agressive » taste like strong fish or prawn paste, no too sour, no spicy, just perfect. Here there is no menu. They serve the « selection dishes of the day » in a bamboo tray and banana leaf. If you feel bored about Shan noddle and Myanmar oily curries, just come here and enjoy! It’s a family restaurant, only open for lunch. Congratulations to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful! Very good traditional food! The format is only one: a serve of 7 curries veggies, soup and rice. There's also a version for vegetarians. Make sure to check on opening hours. Today it was open from 11 am till 2/3 on and then for dinner just from 7 to 8 pm. Must try when you are in Hsipaw!
