★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It have 8 floors with 2 types of area 900 & 600 sqft, each floor with 4 households & 2 elevators, each household have 2 bedrooms 1 living room & 1 kitchen, all with raw finish, if you want to move in, must change the doors & windows, re-level the wall & floor for easy tiling, replace the wires & separate it into lighting & cooking usage, split washing room into toilet & bathroom by adding extra wall, replace water tanks with bigger volume, add thief proof iron bar on doors & windows along with sunroof, then interior decoration plus wifi etc ..., Housing have security guards and 2 gates, parking have no fixed position but have parking fee, monthly maintenance fee, electrical & water bills, Good things are quiet & safe, tidy garbage areas & lots of parking area with unified management, each bedroom with window, unlike other types of apartments, weak points are water need to minor filtering, noise from street vendors & upstair causes thin layer of cement walls & floors.
