★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful property, loads of natural life and light around. They've recently built a pool. Free bikes you can use around. We went for a Yoga Retreat - food was good, the electricity went out a lot but I'm sure no one can help that. Recommended in the rainy or winter months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place and environment. Definitely worth the trip. But when it comes to service, it's one of the worst value for money I have experienced. Over an hour for your food order, which is highly overpriced. You'd expect them to have something good since there is nothing around or anywhere near. Don't count on bikes or bicycles, they don't have it. Beautiful spot, but go prepared with your own stock of booze and food.

- area is wide enough, quiet and calm
- Beautiful landscaping for taking photos
- Medium size swimming pool, 3' to 5' depth, good for kids
- Buildings and rooms are fantastic
- Inset screen windows should be closed all the time to prevent mosquitoes
- Staffs are very polite and friendly
- Restaurant is clean and taste of food is good, food prices seem a little bit higher but worthy
- Bikes are available to go around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, they made sure we were taken care off without intruding on our personal space. Good location since its not far from Yangon. Beautiful resort, well maintained and very relaxing. Just wish they had a spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced with electricity blackout and generators were in repair. The hotel paid back the full amount when we decided to leave. Will come back again to take short break for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there during the early days of thingyan holidays. Unsurprisingly, there was power cut and their generators was overheating and could not start. We waited until the evening and hotel receptions was kind enough to refund as they are not sure the power will be back on.
Apart from that, the scenary, infrastructure are really good and would have been a good stay.
