★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple food. Hardly salubrious surroundings but EXCELLENT fresh home cooked and often slightly different each time food.
Chicken Soup was as fresh and good as I’ve ever had.
Staff lovely and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best fried rice I had in Myanmar. Small worn down place where airport employees come after work to drink local whisky. Myanmar beer on tap, they keep beer glasses in a fridge which is a nice touch. I had a great time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dope little local joint. 900 MMR draft beer. Tasty tea leaf and pork skin salads. Dracula fried rice is really nice as well. If you're in the area for the night, eat here twice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near the airport CK kitchen would be a great choice. Cheap, Fresh and Delicious. Especially I highly recommended Crabs Masala(The owner himself gonna cook for you. The owner was the great Chef). Don't try infront of the airport restaurants because very expensive! Next to CK kitchen have convenient mart too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be a hangout place for airport staff, was pretty busy on a Friday evening. Dishes are alright, ginger salad was at least half fried beans and peanuts, tom yam rice really almost only rice. Take away possible, good prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're in town, you have to eat here. We came here about 4 times in 2 days.
Tea leaf salad, pork skin salad, Dracula fried rice, fried chicken wings, and fried pork ribs were all really good. Everything was fried to perfection and the batter all had nice flavoring. Another plus is that they have draft beer for 900 kyat.
