★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe (City Mall Branch) is very unorganized. People didn’t queued up for the line since the receptionist just ignored the situation. I got cut off by group of people while I was queuing up and the receptionist saw the situation but did nothing about it. Such a sad service. It is really sad to see such a nice coffee shop have such bad service and untrained staff.

One thing I love is my phone got the power supply easily at this shop.
