★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good downtown coffee shop which caters to workers and early risers (opens 8 am). The hot Mocha is recommended and priced at MMK2,600 including tax. Friendly staff and they remember your order.
The cafe is quite small and there are only two tables with seats on the outside terrace. Inside, there are no tables but high chairs in a narrow room.
Another disadvantage is that the Cafe is not open on Saturdays and Sundays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a lovely small space on Bo Son Pat street, between Merchant Road and Strand Road, surrounded by KBZ and other famous banks. There are not much food options available but a few different kinds of coffees.
If you are looking for an air-conditioning meeting spot somewhere near Bo Son Pat street and Merchant Road, this can be a good choice since there is no other option around that area.
