★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent email with full details in advance* to do transaction via visa card. Even went to meet in person to make sure of it. The bank mistakenly allowed (opened) transaction on the wrong day and I missed my exam because of this. And they took no responsibility for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of CB bank is a pleasure to visit. The staff are courteous and polite. They are most helpful with any requests. There is a quiet and professional ambience to all transactions and the way support staff conduct themselves around the building. The manager has been particularly considerate when I made a special request.
During the current Covid-19 pandemic, the UFC Tower branch has a safe environment to minimise contracting coronavirus. There is good security at the door with hand-held body scanners and temperature checks. The bank interior is often uncrowded. Individual counters have plastic screens to separate customers from staff. There are plenty of hand sanitiser bottles by the counters. Waiting seats clearly indicate social distancing with red crosses on adjacent seats. But what I find particularly important is the structure inside the bank. Unlike some bank branches, this branch is large and extensive with a high roof. The result is that there's plenty of ventilation. Although regular surface cleaning is good, clean air is much more important. Most covid infections are picked up through indoor air transmission. Customers visiting this branch wear masks, albeit of various degrees of safety, so enough clean air inside the bank is of utmost importance.
