★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice and cosy place. Very helpful staff and great crowd. Some of the people you meet here have been coming here for more than a decade. It is conveniently located close to the Sule Pagoda so travelling around is easy. Good and light breakfast and stable WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed this guesthouse in downtown Yangon. The facilities are pleasant, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing--spitting you out right in the middle of downtown city life, within reach of many things you might have wanted to come see anyway. Also, breakfast is actually good. What a relief!
Some rooms are on the 8th floor, and if you're not much for stairs that can be a drag. Even the lobby is on the 4th floor. So definitely not wheelchair accessible. We were on the 8th floor, and the floor is open to the outside, so it never really got quiet at night. But the views from there, and the atmosphere they give is pretty incredible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well our room didn’t have a window and the hot shower never really got above lukewarm, but those seem like minor quibbles in light of the price and location and especially the kindness of the staff. Very friendly guesthouse right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to all sorts of things and a cheap taxi ride away from everything else. If you are looking for a good base to explore Yangon from, this is it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very fair priced room with super basic facilities. Nothing special but a decent accomodation. The location is quite central, everything is in walking distance. The staff is very kind, helped me to reserve a bus + taxi to my next destination. Would come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lucky to get the front room that comes with AC and big windows overlooking the quiet street. The bathrooms are pristine clean and the staff is very friendly and informative, happy to help out. Location is great too, within walking distance to all major sights in the downtown and good public transport options to key train and bus stations. Totally recommended!

Rooms are clean, even if decor is a bit suspect...
Be warned you have to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the reception. If carrying heavy bags may be worth asking reception for some help.
We stayed in twin room with balcony overlooking the street below. Would recommend booking this if available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - so just after 7 hour starting time - is not really big... a few toast bread with jam or butter and some vegetables and fried noodles... and 3in1 instant coffee .. so it's ok just saying don't expect luxury!
I am almost totally satisfied.. very nice and friendly stuff and good price-quality!
Enough space in the restaurant and lobby to sit and work
So nice place to stay if you accept these facts.
My stay was included breakfast but i must say that breakfast at 8 o'clock
