★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25,000mmk including breakfast. Everything was fine - but be prepared to have a bucket shower if you want to use warm water. I had to haggle a bit as initially was told 25USD, but then found other recent reviews from other foreigners that said they paid either 18,000mmk or 18USD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is little off from the main Highway like 700 m inside . Location is peaceful lot's of foreign tourist come here to stay . Actually it's cheap i stayed here for one night they charge me 18,000 kyat which is equal to 900 Indian money and the staff is really good and cooperating. Rooms are big they don't have single bed in room . So i had to take room with two beds . They have hot tubs , AC and free WiFi which doesn't work that good sometimes . They have restaurant as well . Tasty food . Bed is cozy , towels are fluffy. They have small parking inside no wheelchair acessibilities . But good hotel as compared to others in main town and cheap .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good hotel overall. The rooms are fairly large, bright, and have a western washroom with hot water available. The cost is generally 18usd per a foreigner though as it was being discussed amongst the staff when I arrived I imagine you could get this adjusted slightly with a smile.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fairly good as well (for a free breakfast). The only problem was they only had Nesquick coffee available.
The one downside is that there is a fair bit of noise around the hotel, generally in the form of signing till around 10 30 or 11pm. I found it entertaining but it might upset some people. Mornings are fine as it isnt near a main road.
