★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked corner sofa seat for 7 people at 730pm. When we got there at 730pm, the self proclaimed head staff (thin girl with glasses at the cashiers counter) gave away the table to a group of 10 people, "because they had more people", and asked my group to sit in 2 tables separately because there weren't anymore tables that fit 7 people. First, why did they accept our reservation if they were going to give the tables to whoever comes along? Second, if the staff wanted to give away the table, she should have called and asked us first. Last, she didn't even apologize for her mistake. Asked for the manager and she said manager was travelling. We've been to this restaurant multiple times since it's opening. What a great way to treat your loyal customers.
