★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency cannot be trusted. I booked a private car with driver for a day trip from Yangon to Golden rock. They assured me it would be a good, recent car. They sent me an old, dirty Yangon taxi. The seat belts were unusable, the shock absorbers were dead .... I recommend avoiding this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to rearrange the dates of my trip because the bus I wanted to take from Yangon was sold out for a few days. This was during the busy festival period. They helped me to plan out the rest of my trip and book all of my buses.
I had a problem with one of the buses, because the check-in time on the ticket was inaccurate and I ended up missing the bus. I had to buy another ticket with a different bus company. When I told City Holiday about the problem, they refunded me the cost of the original ticket right away. I don't think it was the agency's fault, because the bus company was advertising an incorrect check-in time online.
