★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it could have been a decent place to chill, a man who they mentioned as the MANAGER had bad manners and not orientated customer satisfaction. We were told to be quiet (not in gentleman way) even though it was a ROOFTOP bar where no neighborhood around.
FYI, we have been to almost all the nice places to hang out not only in Yangon, but also around the world.
I'm still not mentioning "small apartment space", "have only one toilet", "super traffic at rush hour" and "no parking lots" which is the big current issue in Yangon.
As for pricing, meh, big amount with no good service.
IMO, I'd skip CoCoon next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best rooftop bar in town. The prices are fair and I loved their fried noodle . The staffs are pretty friendly as well but being only one toilet bothers customers sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent price and just okay food. Every time i go there, it is too crowded and noisy. There is no designated parking. The place had become a little old and dirty over the years. But you get what you pay for at cocoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to chill but never go in the afternoon between 3 PM - 6 PM cause they ares till preparing and air cons are not still operated. If you want nice view, sit outside but it's cooler than inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cool bar. Would definitely be my hang out place if I lived here. Prices are decent and staff is excellent. Nice ambiance and delicious shisha options. Hard to see from the street — just go up stairs and take elevator to floor 9.
