★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurants in Star City do not last long. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO STAY.
It's healthy and tasty food, if a bit expensive. The atmosphere is great, the service is great. I come here when I want a cold beer and a biryani, which is shockingly common, or when I need a quiet place to work on a project. I bring my computer, and the staff take good care of me.
Other times, I come for a date, and the waitstaff is extremely accommodating and polite.
It's not the greatest place in Yangon for traditional Indian curries, but what idiot would expect it to be that? This place is geared towards foreigners, with an incredible amount of tasty options. Great cocktails, too. They deliver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian restaurant located in the A5 block of Star City. Location and the interior art are nice but a 2 star experience for the following reasons:
1) Dead flies were on the small plates of our table, the last thing you want to see before eating.
2) the walls were dirty.
3) the chef kept staring at us making it an uncomfortable experience.
4) the portion is not commensurate to the price, really bad value for money.
5) there is no complementary dipping sauce with the naan bread, meaning you cannot go for a simple light snack, you have to spend more on a curry if you want a dipping sauce for the bread.
Really bad experience.
