★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best tea houses in North Dagon Township. The self-service outlet and menu are well organized. Available both Myanmar and Asian foods and drinks at reasonable prices. Spacious and car parks are easily available. The food and drinks are hygienic and the staff are friendly.
