By the founder, Professor and head of HI department Dr. Thet Thet Mu , who was also the Director of Central Health Information Department.
The course co-ordinators during the earlier Batches were Dr. Zaw Min Htun (2nd Director of Health Information Department) , Dr. Win Ei Ei Thaw (Assistant Director) and Prof: Dr. Win Khaing ( Professor of Preventive and Social Medicine Department ) .
