★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly large rooms with cheap amenities.Staff tend to forget to deliver complimetary drinking water if you stay more than one night .The real downside is the misplaced Chinese aircon unit that takes hours to cool .When you check out, expect to pay ridiculous fines such as stains on the bedsheet ,and surcharges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's outstanding about the hotel is its staff. There is a supermarket in the shopping center. Several Nearby tourist destination. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The internet works ( free WiFi) which we were surprised about. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know where to start but this hotel, is amazing. The food, great, the rooms very good, the service staff go above and beyond. Plus you get a great view for an amazing price.
Edit: Back two years later and it's still under amazing management under Ms. Khin. I love the care and attention I always receive when I stay with the Diamond Crown. The other day, they were out of ice, and I and requested ice water. I said it was fine, 20 minutes later, they gave me ice water. I asked what changed, and that they ran to the store to purchase ice. That is one small example of the care. Customer is #1 when you stay here, and on a budget!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You could buy some duty free. The room itself was very pleasant. The breakfast room is large clean and provides for all nationalities. The dining area is perfectly adequate if you're not up to heading out in search of a meal. Bed was comfortable. All staff are very friendly. Thank you Myanmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel rooms are really clean . The staff give good services and they are really pollite. I enjoyed living there. Room prices are fair too. It is near to most of the known places and you can go on foot or by bus. I recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will definitely be going back in the near future. The room is with good size. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The views ovet Yangon from our 7th floor room were stunning. As we depart early next day, complimentary pack of breakfast is available like fried noddle with water.

The female manager, Miss Khin Nwe Oo, is very efficient.
Location is convenient- close to good restaurants, shopping centres and not far from the city centre.
Very fair price.
Room is spacious.
My only recommendation is to install handrails in bathroom as the floor is slippery.
I will stay here again when I come back to Myanmar next time.

Not the most modern building but very well maintained.
Standard rooms, bigger than usual in Yangon, well lighted. Great bathrooms (clean, modern, great water pressure)
Breakfast is very good (many choices). Restaurant is so so
Surroundings are ok, a few shops. Good store/pharmacy opposite the road.
