After having visited most luxury condo buildings and showrooms in Yangon, I must say that the common facilities covering 2 whole floors, plus ground levels of Diamond Inya Palace are truly exceptional. Even condominiums in Singapore will not have this much common space available for its tenants. Multiple swimming pools, large gyms in two locations, spa, steam and sauna, massage, coctail bar, football pub, library, business centre, zumba,-aerobic-pool-snooker rooms, kids area, common areas for hosting guests and events, in house catering and a lot more.
Apartments are of great quality and have fantastic view of the lake or city and plenty of in-house parking. Great place for the ones that appreciate to have nice in-house facilities for active living, even without going outside.
Go and have a look, you will be surprised.
