★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Tofu Nwe I've had in Yangon. Fresh and always delicious with sticky Shan noodles. They also have great fried tofu (tohu kyaw) which tends to run out by the evening, so come early!) and sell delicious Shan potato chips (aloo kyaw). Classic Shan Noodles (veg, chicken, pork) can be found here and they are good too. It's run by a Shan family living in Yangon and they start selling food after 4 pm, so coming before that you'd need to wait. Mostly locals go there, which is always a good sign :)
