★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a two day trekking tour 2016. Our two young guides were so amazing. We talked a lot, they showed us many many interesting things and explained everything (plants, animals, religion, culture) we wanted to know. So we explained them some German things :) they carried many food with them and cooked a really great fresh dinner for us at the stay in the mountain village. It was a amazing tour with great people and many great impressions. My girlfriend and me can really recommend the trekking agency. Alex on his own is very helpful and a great guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex's Eagle Trekking is #1! Make sure you stop here as soon as you get to Kalaw. You will be greeted warmly by Alex and his associates. They will tell you of all the great places to eat in town, cheap accommodation, and then give you info on the treks that are offered in the area. I walked around town to price check and found Eagle Trekking to be the most affordable for the trek to Inle Lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex was very prompt and detailed in his communication with my partner and I before we departed on our hike from Kalaw to Inle Lake. It seemed very overwhelming with so many different agencies to choose from but were extremely satisfied with our trip. Our guide Musoe was awesome and has been guiding along route for 7+ years and great knowledge about the land and people to share. Thanks Alex & Musoe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the 3 days trekking with two other friends and we LOVED it! We went to a couple other agencies before making a decision and after meeting Alex we all agreed that we wanted to do it with them! It might be a bit more expensive than other agencies but it’s probably the most ethical agency in town (they share fairly the money with guides and locals). Our guide Yola spoke a perfect English and gave us probably the best experience we could have dreamed off! He gave us great explanations about the local culture, the plants and lots of other stuff! The food was great and we loved staying at the locals in charming little villages! Thanks again to Alex and Yola! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the 2days one night trek. We started at 9am and we arrived at Inle Lake around 1pm. First day 18km walk, 2° day 16km walk. The night we slept in the Pa-o tribe village, was a bit cold around 10° so if you do the trek bring with u warm clothes. Guida was good
