★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far away from the city center. The old lady at the reception was playing cards when I arrive, she didn’t notice my presence until I say hi. Her English was not good, and she didn’t help with the required information about visa applications in the border. She affirmed to be the “manager of the embassy” .
The government of Vietnam should be more careful choosing their personal at the embassies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to ask for a tourist visa. The lady in the counter around 40-50 years old with glasses was busy playing solitaire. She was not helpful at all. She couldn’t answer whether or not the visa on arrival by bus on the border of cambodia and Vietnam is allowed. We asked her if she could contact any of her colleagues to get this information and she said no. Also, she does not speak or understand English well. For someone who works at the embassy or diplomatic affairs, this is a basic requirement.
To the government of Vietnam you should do something about this as this kind of service is driving tourists like us away.
