★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so underrated. The food was delicious! Had banana pancake (ah-ma-zing!), black coffee and Shan noodle with tofu curry for 2500 kyat. Service was quick and staff was really friendly. Have it a go when you're here. It's totally worth it! Located near WeStay Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was hesitant to enter this shop in the first place since not much review was done (we were the typical tourist who googles food reviews first).. but since it was just one minute walk from where we stayed at (WEStay@The Grand Nyaung Shwe), we decided to give it a try. Our verdict:
1. One of the few cheap place to eat. 2 person meal was just 8000kyats with 4 dish, 2 rice, 2 soft drinks - other restaurants cost approximately 6000kyats per person.
2. Meal was yummy and cater to our taste buds.
3. Avocado salad is a must try!
4. Love the grilled fish with it's sauce.
5. Ask for other soft drinks option not written in the menu. I requested for Iced Lemon Tea and they actually have it for only 500kyats. :)
6. We see a lot of locals coming in for dinner at 6.30pm. Try to go a bit later so you won't have to wait for the food for too long.
7. Tourist should definitely give this place a try before going to other Top Ten recommendations. Definitely worth your money and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you visit Inle Lake (Nyaungshwe town) you should definitely eat at least once here. It's undoubtedly the best restaurant we have tried in the whole Myanmar!! It's a humble, pretty restaurant run by a really nice and kind couple. The food is amazing, really tasty, and they cook typical burmese food, so you will be able to know more about the gastronomy and culture of the country. If i could give it 10 stars, i would!! You should definitely give it a try!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family run restaurant with fantastic food and super friendly owner. We really enjoyed our dinner here, was our best food in Nyaungshwe, especially the tomato salat and the crepe satzte have been the best we ever had. You will also enjoy the atmosphere here because the furniture and whole ambient is great, every detail looks lovely. You get really a lot for the less money you spend.
10/10 points:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was one we tried unfortunately toward the end of out stay in Nyaung Shwe. Due to rain we read a couple of reviews and it was only a minutes walk from our hotel. The food was great, among the best we experienced in town and at very reasonable prices. It is owned and run by lovely couple that are very friendly and eager to please. I would highly recommend the Emerald Crown when visiting.
