★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view, pretty good menu (in dollars!!! aka - pricey), takes Visa (hmm.. and possibly other cards??), some hit-'n-miss live music.
Huge downside is they have no clue how to use acoustic deadening on the ceiling to help chillout the racket that builds up as conversations start to flow and subpar music starts rolling..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here as guests so we had a lovely and relaxing breakfast here. Very good view so I believe the night view here is good as well! Here is also a bar so come here for a drinks to enjoy the city of Yangon!! Friendly staff :)

It's at the top-most floor (9th floor) of Esperado Lake View Hotel. Complimentary buffet breakfast is also served in this rooftop restaurant. Dining guests are welcome to this All Day dining restaurant.
