The price to value is fair enough.
The food tastes great and offers tons of menu items. Their tea is a typical Yangon tea. Mostly the place is full of smokers and if you don't smoke or cannot put up with smoking, please don't go inside and try a street-side table outdoor.
Hats off to the very polite and responsible staff those all are female.
The local students and youngsters usually come and gather for chitchatting and playing games.
Go there, grab a cup of tea and enjoy a frenzy neighborhood!?
