A bit far from New Bagan but the little electric scooters will get you there in 15-20min.
Thing to remember is the 35km range is a bit of a suggestion rather then set in stone.
Would definitely recomend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was unbelievably friendly, we arrived (unannounced) at 3am and at the end he didn't even made us pay for that first night. Breakfast was traditional and delicious and you can rent e-scooters. We weren't sure if we need one each and he just said "one scooter, enough for two, save your money" I couldn't actually believe it!
