To pump up muscles is it okay but not even more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would go again! Spacious gym with a great assortment of new equipment. Cost 3,000kyat for a single day entrance. NOTE: gym is closed 10am-2pm everyday. Closes 5pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went around 7:30am and it was completely empty. Spacious, a lot of equipment (and in good shape)... a few of the cardio machines were out of order but was there for strength training so wasn’t an issue for me. I think they are closed everyday 11a-2p (according to a sign taped in the gym) and when I passed it in the evening it looked like there were a lot of motorcycles parked outside so I’d try and go early if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another surprise in Myanmar! New equipment, plenty of space, mostly upper body equipment but there are 2 Smith machines and a leg press. 2,000k is great value. Opens at 6am, I had the gym to myself for over an hour when I went.
