I never imagined a vet would cut the whole whiskers of my cat.
Cat's owner, who is not even a vet, knows that cutting a cat's whiskers is inappropriate.
Due to their unqualified and ignorant service, my cat is very anxious and uneasy now. He keeps looking out everywhere every minute. Whenever he hears sound, he flinches.
I will never ever visit this place again.
