★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a disappointment, to be honest. The house is in a ruined state with no proper care and when I visited there were only a few paintings of George Orwell and a lot of spiderwebs as well as dust. To be fair it's been after a couple of months of being closed due COVID-19, but it would be so nice to see this house renovated, although I don't think that will happen anytime soon, if ever. Apart from this, the house is on a busy road with a nice morning market, which is worth to experience.
