★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I organized my trips from Yangon to Bagan (night bus) and Bagan to Mandalay (mini bus) via go-myanmar and can absolutely reccomend it. After requesting the trips online, I was contacted by a travel advisor who quickly organized the trips based on my wishes. The payment was conducted via a payment link, which was very easy. The tickets were delivered to my hotels. I got very quick response upon every inquire, also after the payment was done! A little more expensive then if organized individually, but the service is worth every extra dollar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of useful information on the website and good responses via email. The website also allows you to book bus tickets etc via email which is useful HOWEVER some of the information is incorrect, the prices are an absolute rip off and the services they offer are very limited (I.e. 2 bus times for Hpa-An only) For example, The website says one of the buses from Yangon to Hpa-An departed at 8pm,arriving at 5am. Then we were told it arrived at 3am, in the end it arrived at 1.30am (the bus likely arrived at the last stop at 5am). We paid 12$ for a normal bus, when we arrived our email tickets had not been sent yet and the bus office at the bus station asked us to pay again. When we called Go Myanmar, the lady’s English was very difficult to understand but we managed to get on the bus without buying a second ticket. For our return to Yangon we booked via our guesthouse, paid much less for a VIP bus and realised there were lots more options with buses every 30min - 1 hour. In summary, I recommend asking guesthouses or local agencies for booking tickets if you want a better bus, lower price and more options to choose from
