★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the teashop i love anymore. Tea and Kawpyant Zane are not as good as before. Bad ventilation. Not hygienic floors and tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy place with a neighbourhood feel. Nice buns and snacks. I already wanna go back! Did not happen to many of the places I tried in Yangon. This one is good. Be careful they try to bring stuff you did not order eventually. They just put it on the table. Not sure if it is a custom.. just be careful, staff don't speak English at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of my favorite tea shops in Yangon. It’s an old school, traditional spot for tea. It is not modern nor is it the cleanest, but these types of places are the best, in my opinion. They also have the best Shan noodles. Ask for the dry version with broth on the side. The bean pastries and samosas are also delicious. Service is great!
